Special Ability Children's Parties

We want every child to feel special, whether it's on their birthday or part of a community celebration!

We know how difficult it can be to find a party entertainer able to accommodate the needs of every child. We’ve built on our experience of performing interactive shows for children with complex needs to create a special party performance. This includes puppetry, music, key word signing, lights, textures, props and instruments. We offer a choice of stories or can create a new one around a theme or story that your child particularly enjoys.

Embracing Arts Parties bring the entertainment to you in a venue/space where your family feels most comfortable - no living room is too small!

In-Person Parties

Embracing Arts will provide a specialist actor-facilitator to deliver a bespoke entertainment service, which will be interactive, sensory and inclusive. The show will be carefully tailored around your child’s needs, interests and triggers.

PRICE PER PARTY:

£260 per party: UP TO 15 CHILDREN WITH 1 FACILITATOR

£380 per party: 15+ CHILDREN (MAX 30) WITH 2 FACILITATORS

  • Parties last one hour, including a 45 minute sensory adventure & 15 minutes free play.

  • Perfect for birthday parties, community groups or smaller schools.

Virtual Parties

The show is delivered by an Embracing Arts actor-facilitator live over Zoom, using all the puppetry, music and fun of our physical shows. The show will be carefully tailored around your child’s needs, interests and any triggers.

 

PRICE PER VIRTUAL PARTY:

£75 per party: UNLIMITED CHILDREN WITH 1 FACILITATOR

 

  • Virtual Parties are a 40 minute sensory adventure via Zoom.

  • Uses all the puppetry, music & fun of our in-person sessions.

  • Access to the all the fun for children who are isolating.

Ts & Cs on all bookings

 

  • Venues over 50 miles from our Base (Kent, ME13) will be charged at 45p/mile, on top of the session fees. The first 100 miles will not be charged.

  • If your booking requires planning for bespoke themes not listed, there may be extra charges which will be quoted to you at the time of booking.

  • If overnight accommodation is required or you are out of our South East England catchment area, relevant charges will be added to your quote.
