CPD With Embracing Arts
Explore new methods of multi-sensory learning with Continuing Professional Development (CPD) at Embracing Arts. Designed for teachers and support staff across all educational settings and delivered by expert practitioners, our CPD sessions guide participants through different techniques used when creating an accessible and multi-sensory learning environment.
Twilight (1 hour)
This CPD session will prepare staff for the approach that Embracing Arts uses for multi-sensory learning. There will be practical elements of using ‘everyday’ items in new and inventive ways to create an immersive, accessible learning strategy.
Throughout the session, we will explore how we can bring subjects to life through techniques of performance and sensory engagement. ​​

Half-Day Booking (3 hours)
Spend half a day with Embracing Arts’ practitioners to develop skills in sensory engagement using sensory stories, creativity and intensive interaction.

- Filling attention vs. drawing attention: a look into Intensive and Immersive Interaction
- Sparking your own creativity in the classroom
